1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SnoreCatcher application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Permitted Use & Device Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
SnoreCatcher requires an active microphone on a compatible iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later.
Because continuous monitoring consumes battery power, we strongly recommend keeping your device plugged into a power source overnight.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, user interface design, branding, algorithms, and visual assets associated with SnoreCatcher are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the binary application without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high acoustic accuracy, ambient factors such as room acoustics, background fans, or distance from the microphone may impact sound detection accuracy. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
